First is the mountain at a base area of 9600 feet with the summit at 12,998 feet. There are 34 lifts with 2988 acres of great skiing or riding. Breckenridge on average grooms 600 acres every day for the beginner skier or rider or anyone else who just enjoys the beauty of smooth turns. Snowboarders you will  enjoy 25 acres of terrain parks. For those who like to ride or ski above tree line there are 1061 acres of open bowls, great for the intermediate skier or rider to very challenging steeps. The mountain has over 187 trails.
